We are driven by the idea that anyone any age
can keep the spirit of play alive.
By developing games that are interactive and spark social connections, we hope to bring people together and infuse fun into each and every day!
As a DIY enthusiast, Cristina Ramos, has spent most of her life challenging the norm and getting her hands dirty. Those that know her well also know her hyper active min pin, Madison, who loves cuddling, treats and wrestling with Max Moosetache (her stuffed animal). Many close friends would say that beyond being the Marketing Director of Moosetache Games, Cristina is a music junkie, foodie, creative thinker, picture taker, get er’ done er’, tech enthusiast, analog friendly app-dicted multi platform gamer slash nerd backslash geek. Years before ever having to officially worry about wrinkles, Cristina served as the goalie for her university women’s soccer team based out of Madison, NJ (hence the dog name). Post college, Cristina returned back home to NYC where she later met “the” Schiller-of-all-trades at a marketing consultancy where she served as a senior producer/consultant. After several years of developing strategic marketing campaigns for Fortune 500 clients, Cristina proactively left the agency world and partnered with David and John in order to create what is now our labor of love… Moosetache Games.
David Schiller is a Jack-of-all-Trades/Renaissance Man. Besides being VP of Sales and Outreach for Moosetache Games, David is a musician, Yoga Teacher, Massage Therapist, and former Actor and Tutor and Computer programmer. In fact, it was when he was working in IT at a NYC marketing consultancy, that he met co-Founder Cristina Ramos. When it came time to find an idea maven who also loved to game, David introduced Cristina to John and the rest is current history. Office lunches are fun when David’s non-carnivore ideals come into play. Speaking of ideals, David and the
Fresh Juice Party broke into song at a DNC fundraiser when President Obama was speaking, which is the only time (of his knowledge) that he made global news.
Raised on an even mix of Canasta and Dungeons and Dragons, Mark Slack has been a gamer for as long as he can remember. A long time friend of John and David, he was an early playtester for Hike and Rowboat and has been helping out with special events and trade shows since 2010. As the company has grown, so has his role. Now a full-fledged member of the team, Mark offers us a unique perspective derived from an eclectic resume. A trained stage actor and musician, he brings a unique energy both to our meetings and to the trade floor. His many years of experience in restaurant, entertainment, and retail management, coupled with his love of gaming, makes Mark a perfect fit for the Moosetache team. He looks forward to continue mixing business with pleasure for many years to come.
